At the same time, camless spring machines can make spring manufacturing very easy. So, how to operate the camless spring machine correctly? Firstly, we need to connect the power transformer of the machine, adjust the rocker in the buffer valve and point to the road markings based on the characteristics of the spring sample, and install the collet in the left and right jaw seats. Next, clamp one end of the spring sample into the upper jaw, activate the lower jaw motor, and lower the lower jaw lifter to the appropriate aspect ratio. Then clip the other end of the spring sample into the jaw, while keeping the spring sample in a vertical position.

Secondly, we need the oil pump motor to adjust the needle to the zero position, while twisting the oil delivery valve to raise the test bench to 10mm, and then closing the oil valve. At this point, the production of the spring sample is completed according to the specified loading rate in production. When the spring sample ruptures, we need to close the oil valve and oil pump motor, while taking out the broken spring sample. After completing the inspection of the machine and repeating the previous steps, the production of the spring sample can begin.
