In general, the hydraulic transmission system and balanced oil flowing into the upper part of the equipment can cause errors. At this point, the dial gauge head in the line forming device can be reduced by 3-4mm and the foot can be pressed to make the system software withstand pressure. After releasing pressure or system software, check the position of the second hand on the dial gauge. If the required tag value is reached, the actual operation can be terminated and the error status cleared.

At the same time, check whether the tools in the equipment are damaged, as damage to the tools will cause the machine to be unable to complete daily processing requirements and result in errors. At this point, it is necessary to promptly remove the problematic tool and place the new tool in the device.
