How to design a camless spring machine according to the process

In daily processing, the tension between the support rings should be adjusted according to the situation. When rolling and compressing the spring, it is necessary to tighten both ends of the ring and require a certain closing length, otherwise it will affect the working characteristics of the spring. When adjusting and tightening the machine, first check whether the wires are in a straight line, and let the wires pass smoothly, then adjust the angle of the pole. The tightening force will increase when the upper ejector rod is rotated inward, otherwise there will be gaps. At the same time, the tightening force should not be too large to avoid increasing the diameter when touching the lead plate.

At the same time, in daily processing, it should be ensured that the gap between the cutter and the cutting plane of the spindle is 0.05mm-0.1mm. But when the gap is too large, burrs will occur. And the cutting plane should pass through the center of the spring and ring, otherwise the end ring will deform during cutting or the size of the coil center will be unstable.
