Compression spring

Compression spring (compression spring) is a spiral spring that bears axial pressure. The spring is generally of equal pitch, and the shapes of compression spring include cylindrical, conical, convex, concave, and a small amount of non circular. Tension spring

Extension springs (tension springs) are spiral springs that withstand axial tension, and are generally made of circular cross-section materials. When not under load, the coils of the tension spring are generally tight without any gap between them. Utilizing the rebound force (tensile force) after stretching, it is used to control the movement of machine parts, store energy, measure the magnitude of force, and is widely used in machines and instruments. The form of its hook includes side hook tension spring, long hook tension spring, British hook tension spring, German hook tension spring, semicircular hook tension spring, duckbill hook tension spring, etc. Its materials include stainless steel, piano steel, high carbon steel, phosphor copper, oil tempered alloy spring steel, etc.

Torsion spring
Torsion spring (torsion spring) utilizes the lever principle to twist or rotate elastic materials with soft and high toughness, giving them great mechanical energy. It is a spring that bears torsional deformation, and its working parts are either tightly or separately wrapped around each other. The end structure of a torsion spring is processed into various shapes of torsion arms, from single torsion to double torsion, and even the deformation of various torsion rods, which must be shaped according to the design. Torsion springs are commonly used as balancing mechanisms in machinery and are widely used in industrial production such as automobiles, machine tools, and electrical appliances.
