Spring machine is a professional spring production equipment, and the most basic operation in operation is the adjustment of the wire wheel, which is a skill that operators must learn. The following is an introduction to the adjustment method of the spring machine wire wheel.

The first step in adjusting the wire feeding wheel of the spring machine is to loosen the pressure valve of the middle and rear wire feeding wheels, and rotate the pressure valve of the front wheel for humidity. The second step is to cut off the 20000 grid lines in the computer system, stop the last three lines, and adjust the angle of the core rod's folding line to above 90 degrees. The 90 degree angle is for the convenience of the operator's observation.

After completing the above steps, loosen the front pressure valve, observe the rotation direction of the folding angle, and adjust the height of the right wire feeding wheel appropriately. These steps need to be repeated many times in order to find the appropriate adjustment angle during the repetition process. The appropriate angle should be that the folding angle remains stationary and does not rotate, so that the position of the wire feeding wheel of the entire spring machine can be basically adjusted.

During the process of adjusting the wire feeding wheel of the spring machine, the height of the middle and rear right axis wire feeding also needs to be adjusted using the same method.
