Spring machines can produce and process spring cables into various spring products, mainly relying on five basic infrastructure parts: straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, size head mechanism, pitch control mechanism, and disconnecting mechanism. Different mechanisms assume different roles.

Straightening mechanism: The straightening mechanism is located between the material rack and the feeding roller, and consists of two sets of straightening rollers. The purpose of the straightening system software is to remove the original bending deformation of the stainless steel wire. Feeding mechanism: It is a spring machine that transports spring cable driven equipment. The feeding length is determined by the diameter of the feeding wheel, and the spring length can be determined by the number of turns of the feeding wheel.

Size head mechanism: It is the control mechanism for the spring diameter of the rewinding machine spring. The device consists of two small chains and a large and small camshaft that drives the small chain. When manufacturing large and small head springs using a spring machine, the two anchor bolts, such as the center convex, truncated cone spring, and upper top bar, are loosened, causing the small chain to retract and retract back and forth within the cutting platform, thereby changing the outer diameter of the spring. The small chain is driven by the large and small head camshaft to achieve the purpose of manufacturing various large and small head springs.

Pitch change mechanism: It is a mechanism that operates the spring pitch. Generally speaking, spring machines have two types of mechanisms. One is composed of a pitch cutter and a variable pitch camshaft. The variable camshaft is a reasonable number of turns to operate the spring.
