Then the camshaft drives the cam blades to rotate, and the cam blades push the working slider to move. Due to the simultaneous movement of eight camshafts, it is necessary to arrange the cam plates according to the product, so that each working slider moves sequentially. Although the steel wire does not move simultaneously, all cam blades rotate during operation. If the adjustment personnel are careless and do not arrange the cam plates, impact may occur.

The eight camshafts on a camless spring machine are controlled by their respective servo motors, so the movement of each camshaft can be controlled separately. The camshaft directly drives the slider. During the debugging process, the master no longer arranges the angle position of the cam, but only needs to be familiar with the computer operating system and corresponding programming, greatly reducing the difficulty of the debugging process. Moreover, due to separate control, these eight camshafts do not need to move simultaneously, greatly reducing power consumption. In terms of functionality, camless spring machines can meet the production of more complex metal processing.
